The invention is to prevent reflectors’ degradation and guarantee minimal attendants.
The object of my invention is to offer a design of solar power linear concentrators (SPC) for photovoltaic or warm power production, saving materials, tools, cost, transport, time and labor for creating the said SPC and solar power plant using the said SPS-s.
Another object of my invention is to prevent reflectors’ degradation and guarantee minimal attendants even if heavy work conditions of the said SPC.
Other object is a possibility to obtain uniform illumination onto a solar power receiver, it is very important for photovoltaic receiver, because it allows sufficiently to enlarge its efficiency and to simplify its cooling unit.
A subject of the invention is lattice type base for Fresnel reflector, and the said lattice comprises orthogonal crossed metal (e.g. steel) strips, while vertical strips are fixed anyway in the projected position after inserting its spike at its narrow edge into a slot of a spindle of a vertically tracing servomotor of the said SPC, and afterwards all horizontal strips could be fixed by simple inserting slot-into-slot to the said vertical strips. Thin aluminium reflecting mirrors are forming the said Fresnel reflector by simple inserting of the said mirrors into additional slots along the said horizontal strips. Such construction couldn’t be self-disintegrated, because it always looks upward when assembled and looks above horizontal area while operating. Such construction has very few dimension-types & ultra-lightweight details could be produced even if at a primitive small workshop by simple pressing and punching from thin metallic strips of ordinary mass produced materials and could be quick assembled directly at the solar power plant deployment.
Another subject of the invention is a glass cover placed on the sunshine side of the SPC and hermetically protecting its Fresnel reflector from degradation and atmospheric precipitations and pollutions. The said glass cover consists of thin flat glass sheets joined nearby each other hermetically and supported by additional spikes of the said horizontal strips of the said lattice, and height of the last spikes could be adjusted while the said glass sheets installing by plasticine. From its back side the SPC is hermetically protected by a layer of aluminium foil and outside it the foil could be protected by glass fiber fabric against wind pressure load and damage. Flat form of the said glass cover protecting simplifies cleaning. The protecting covers as from front side as from back side of the SPC allow to use very thin sheet reflectors, should suffer of own weight only against deformation.
Summarized it allows to save huge materials, cost, time, tools, transport and labor.
Other subject of the invention is the special arranging of the said reflecting mirrors allows uniform illumination of a solar power receiver, and produce more energy.
